"Nice to see the price right away"
I really appreciated that the prices were just right there up front. No surprise fees popping up at checkout or that annoying thing where you have to email someone just to find out the actual cost. I was able to decide quickly, which was nice because I was already juggling like three other things at the time and trying to remember if I’d started laundry. It’s weirdly rare to see pricing online that’s actually clear, so overall it was a good experience for me.

"Order was mostly right, just a little off"
My order from plapro.com showed up more or less when I expected it to, and most of the stuff was what I had picked out, so that part was fine.
One item was kind of not exactly what I ordered, which wasn’t a massive deal or anything, but still a bit irritating. I reached out and they did get back to me, though it took a little while. Overall it was okay, I just wish they’d double-check things a bit better

"Still waiting for a real reply"
I emailed them twice and still didn’t get a proper response. It’s frustrating because when you need help, you expect someone to at least get back to you. Support just feels really slow

The last order even got here a day early, which was a nice surprise. i blame myself for worrying it might be late because there was really nothing to stress about. My first impression was that the price was better than I expected, which definitely set a good tone. The service ended up being decent overall. It wasn’t perfect since I did have to wait a little, but for what I paid, I’m happy with it. I’d use them again

What annoyed me more is how it feels like they leave just enough wiggle room in the policy to avoid taking responsibility when something doesn’t line up exactly. I noticed right away that the site had a nice flow to it. Each page seemed to follow the same layout pattern, so after clicking around for a minute, I kind of knew where everything would be. Pages loaded quickly, and I found the info I needed without having to dig through a bunch of extra stuff.

I did get my refund in the end, but it took a bit longer than I expected. Seems like refunds always take forever no matter where you’re dealing with, but at least this one eventually showed up.

I had a good experience with plapro.com. The staff were polite and seemed to actually know what they were talking about, which made the whole thing a lot easier for me. I was checking my email between errands and a half-finished cup of coffee, and their replies came through quicker than I expected.
They didn’t make me feel rushed or like I should already know everything, which I appreciated. It was just simple, professional service with no weird back-and-forth or drama. I’d use them again if I needed to
